Business hotel, well-kept and cozy rooms. Strategic location, only a short distance to queens. Staff was quick to help, such responsive people. Quick check in and in general excellent service.
-
We truly enjoyed location and service of this place - no complaints.
Booked it for 2 days and had a good experience. Not expensive place, tidy, excellent value. It had excellent lobby restaurant. There also was easy parking and excellent pool.

I liked the absolutely perfect room and charming staff.
The breakfast was nt included in my rate.

Spotless hotel with a well-designed lobby. We had fruit, boiled eggs, pastries and cheese in the morning. Besides, the area was lively, next to a honolulu zoo.
Its breakfast definitely could be included in my rate.

The staff was quick to help and the hotel was cheap, we liked staying in Honolulu. The property was fairly clean and the room was nice sized. Hotel was close to a market and stores. The food was so delicious, had plenty of options.
Nothings.

Very clean. Great location, across the street from the zoo and easy to reach the beach. The free water bottles

The hotel is a great place to stay. It was so close to queen's surf beach. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. The personnel was friendly.

Our favorite hotel in Honolulu, staff was kind! Amazing the food and rooms.

Hotel was very clean and good location, the beach is located not really far. Courteous and fast parking

We enjoyed the outdoor bar and restaurant area. It had a beautiful view of Diamond Head. Andrea and Rob who worked the bar, were great. We really enjoyed talking to them and they provided excellent service.
Our room for horrible. We could hardly move around. The room never did cool adequately with the small window ac unit it had. I believe that we were stuck there because of the rate that we got from booking from your on-line service. They claimed that they were sold out and that they couldn't move us. This was a one night stay before a cruise that we were boarding the next day, so I was trying to economize, but I did want something nice. I thought that this would be much nicer that it actually was. We stayed at the Waikiki Outrigger on our return. This was a fabulous hotel with a huge room. It even had a partial ocean view and it was only $40 more.

I had a 'partial view' room and it was without doubt the best 'partial' I've ever had. I saw a 180 degree view of Diamond Head and the beach/ocean.The pool area was great and the restaurant there terrific value for money. I will be travelling through Honolulu late August and plan to book there again. Got any great deals for 'partials' please let me know. Thanks. mccutch@iinet.net.au

The staff was very helpful after a very bad experience at a different hotel, they got us set up in a room in the middle of the night. I was very happy with the service and plan to stay again and again.
Microwaves in the room would have been a huge help.

Our location to the beach and zoo as well as restaurants and shopping but not to close to the busy center of town.

Location
Nothing, the place is run down and old, lifts that were working were slow and the rooms were small dated and un inviting. The workers had a dont care attitude, were slow at the counter, The place was a skuz bucket hole and wouldnt recommend to anyone. So glad we only had to spend two nights there and then we moved to Aston Wakiki on the beach. Phew coould not have lasted nine days at kapiolani. Spoke to at least 20 other couples and we all feel the same way.

Service at hotel was great, and the best is its location
Even my stay at Quenn Kapiolani was great, the hotel needs some maintenance, some times looks too old.
